A specialized medical service website for a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation center in Noakhali. The site features a localized design (Bengali-first) to serve the community, providing detailed information on neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation while offering seamless booking for home-based care.
Overview:
Unique Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Hijama Center required a digital platform to bridge the gap between their clinical expertise and the local community in Noakhali. The goal was to create a resource-rich environment where patients could learn about specific conditions—such as Bell's Palsy, Parkinson’s, and Stroke recovery—while easily accessing professional care.
My Role:
I developed this website using a patient-centric approach. Given the medical nature of the site, I focused on clarity, accessibility, and localized content integration. I ensured the site served not just as a business card, but as a health guide for local residents.
Key Features & Implementation:
Localized Multilingual Interface: Implemented a full Bengali interface to ensure accessibility for the local Noakhali demographic, making complex medical terms easy for patients and their families to understand.
Specialized Condition Index: Developed dedicated sections for various neurological and musculoskeletal conditions (Bell's Palsy, MND, Osteoporosis), utilizing clear typography and informative layouts to educate visitors.
Home-Based Service Portal: Designed a prominent "Home Physiotherapy" module to cater to elderly or immobile patients who require professional care at their doorstep.
Integrated Hijama (Cupping Therapy) Section: Seamlessly blended modern physiotherapy services with traditional Hijama therapy, presenting a holistic "East-meets-West" medical approach.
Real-Time Communication: Integrated a WhatsApp-based "Chaty" system to allow patients to get instant support and book appointments directly from their mobile devices.
Trust & Credibility Assets: Highlighted the center's 4.8/5 Google rating and introduced the expert team (including the Founder and clinical staff) to build immediate patient confidence.
The Result:
A highly accessible, community-focused healthcare portal that has simplified the process of seeking specialized rehabilitation in Noakhali. The site effectively balances educational content with functional lead generation tools.
