Experts Circle | AI-Driven Recruitment & Fee-Sharing Ecosystem
A complete UI/UX design project for a disruptive UK-based recruitment platform. As the Lead Product Designer, I designed the entire user experience from initial logic and flowcharts to high-fidelity interactive prototypes. The platform features a unique 75% fee-sharing model, necessitating a complex, multi-user interface for Employers, Experts, and Candidates.
Overview:
Experts Circle aims to "redefine hiring" by cutting out traditional agencies and rewarding industry experts for their referrals. This required a sophisticated dashboard-driven UI that could handle financial transparency, AI-ranking visualization, and multi-party workflows.
My Role (UI/UX Lead):
I was responsible for the end-to-end design process. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of my designs while maintaining a premium, "fintech-meets-HR" aesthetic.
Design Process & Implementation:
UX Strategy & Flowcharts: Created comprehensive user journey maps and logic flowcharts to manage the interaction between three distinct user types (Employers, Experts, and Job Seekers).
Wireframing (Lo-Fi): Developed low-fidelity wireframes to solve the "information overload" problem, ensuring that the fee-sharing and AI-ranking data remained clear and actionable.
Prototyping (Hi-Fi): Built interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that simulate the "Hire & Earn" experience, used for stakeholder presentations and developer handoff.
Complex Dashboard Design: Designed a data-heavy dashboard for Experts to track their referrals, ratings, and payouts (75% fee share), focusing on financial clarity and trust.
AI-Ranking Visualization: Developed a custom UI component to visualize the platform's AI-scoring algorithm, showing how candidates are ranked by "Fit x Trust."
Responsive Multi-Platform System: Ensured a seamless transition between the employer's desktop management tools and the expert's mobile-friendly referral interface.
Developer Collaboration: Provided detailed design specs and assets, working in an agile environment to ensure the final build matched the pixel-perfect design.
The Result:
A professional, high-conversion recruitment product that successfully communicates a complex business model (75/25 fee split) through intuitive design. The platform establishes immediate credibility in the UK tech and finance recruitment markets.
