Problem Statement
The traditional recruitment process is broken. It is time-consuming, expensive, and inefficient. Employers often have to sift through hundreds or even thousands of resumes to find a few qualified candidates. And even when they do find qualified candidates, there is no guarantee that the candidates will be a good fit for the company culture or the job role.
Objective
Experts Circle is a disruptive recruitment platform that solves the problems with the traditional recruitment process. It is a marketplace where subject matter experts (SMEs) can become recruiters and earn fees typically paid to recruitment agencies. Employers can get quality candidates who are verified, screened, and endorsed by trusted experts in their fields.
Goals
- Provide employers with a fast, easy, and affordable way to find qualified candidates
